Allowed Pets
Up to 3 cats , 2 dogs allowed.
Weight limits: 50 lbs per cat , 100 lbs per dog
Pet Types
Cats and dogs are welcome. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment home. Monthly pet rent is $65 per cat and $65 per dog. All pets must be spayed or neutered and registered with the management office prior to move-in. Residents with pets are required to maintain renter’s insurance and provide proof of coverage at move-in. Dogs must weigh no more than 40 lbs. Breed restrictions may apply.
